Chard in a pan / Bietole saltata in padella

Da piccola mangiavo poca verdura e le bietole era l’unica verdura, perchè di sapore dolce, che mangiavo. Ecco la ricetta che i miei genitori facevano.

Ingredienti:

  • 3 spicchi d’aglio
  • bietole
  • 2 cucchiai d’olio extra vergine d’oliva
  • sale q.b.


Procedura:

  1. Cucinate la bietola con poca acqua.
  2. In una padella nell’olio fate soffriggere gli spicchi d’aglio.
  3. Quando la bietola è cotta, salatela e mettetela in padella e soffriggetela.

 

Il vostro piatto, facile da cucinare, è pronto!

when I was child I ate few vegetables and chard was the only vegetables, for is sweet taste, I ate. Here is the recipe that my parents made for me.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • chard
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Cook the chard with a little water.
  2. In a pan add olive oil and fry the garlic cloves.
  3. When the chard and is cooked, add salt and place in pan and fry slightly.

 

Your plate, easy to cook, is ready!
