The baked fish is a simple and quick way to cook fish.
Cooking in foil is ideal pairing between full-bodied taste of baking and steam sobriety in preserving the maximum nutrients from food.
Cooking in foil provides for the winding of the food in aluminum foil, after being seasoned to taste with spices and various herbs.
From a nutritional standpoint, the one in foil is a good low-calorie cooking that maintains and enhances the aromas of foods, which are also particularly attractive to children.
Ingredients:
- Red snapper
- 4 slices of lemon
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 3 slices of garlic

I’ve been trying to make more fish. I don’t like it but my husband does. Oh, if only I could live on shellfish!

Our son made tilapia for my husband’s birthday and I have to admit I didn’t hate it. I’ve also tried the salmon he makes. It’s time I learned to eat fish more often. You know…right before I die! lol
